Nothing surprising here.

The fact that P2 and P3 labs are the main issues, especially since BatCoV studies were NOT done at P4, has been highlighted since the very beginning of the origins debate.

In Aug 2020 I published a list of 112 BSL-3 labs in China with @RdeMaistre.

The same paper goes through a list of the various Wuhan P3 labs that are known to have been working a various degrees with BatCovs.

We clearly identified the WIV Zhengdian site with its P2s, P3s and P4s as somewhat less likely (we totally ignored the P4 anyway):
